Welcome to Calypso Belle Designs. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, products, and services. By accessing or using any of our designs, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.
Acceptance of Terms
By using our website, products, or services, you acknowledge that you've read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree, you may not access or use our designs or products.
Design Usage
Allowed Usage: Our files are for creating physical items for personal use (like shirts, cups, signs, etc.) but cannot be copied, shared, modified, or resold. Personal use is included with all listings. The commercial license will extend what is allowed with your purchase.
Prohibited Usage:
- Modification: It is expressly prohibited to modify, alter, or adapt any part of the design(s) in any way except for coloring.
- Digital Resale: It is expressly prohibited to use any part of the design(s) to create new digital designs for resale, distribution, or sharing in any digital format.(creating a digital seamless pattern, printable bookmarks, etc.)
- Bundling: It is expressly prohibited to bundle or combine the design(s) with other digital designs for resale or distribution.
- Sell: It is expressly prohibited to sell any physical items without the necessary licensing.
Licensing Terms
With the right licensing, you can sell physical products featuring our designs. Please view the Licensing section in our store.
Violation of Terms and Conditions
Not complying with these terms may lead to actions against you and your business. Commercial licenses are required for products with our designs. Failure to get the necessary license might result in losing commercial rights to previously purchased designs.
Refunds/Exchanges/Returns
We don't offer refunds or exchanges due to the digital nature of our products. However, if you face issues with your file, contact us via email for assistance.
We do not permit:
- Posting items without watermarks to protect the artwork
- Claiming altered designs as your own
- Sharing or selling the digital file
- Uploading files to sharing sites
- Creating items similar to our designs to bypass these policies
- Using designs in logos
